Information we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property location, property type, project goal and the message you provide.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand the proposed solar or battery project and arrange any appropriate follow-up. We do not ask for payment information through this website.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored for business follow-up and may also be sent to the DYSolar enquiry email address. Access is limited to authorised people involved in managing enquiries and delivering the requested service.
Solar Builder address lookup
When you choose to estimate sunshine in the Solar Builder, the address you enter is sent to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service to find approximate coordinates. Those coordinates and the selected roof direction are then sent to the European Commission Joint Research Centre PVGIS service to produce an indicative solar-generation estimate. DYSolar does not save the builder address or layout unless you separately include it in an enquiry.
